Founded in 2014, Rasamaal is a community development organization dedicated to addressing social exclusion and inequality by empowering disadvantaged communities and marginalized groups. We believe in the power of collaboration and work closely with local stakeholders and residents to develop sustainable solutions that address their unique needs.

Our Mission

Support and resource disadvantaged communities and marginalized target groups: We provide financial and technical assistance to communities to help them identify and address their challenges, including poverty, education, and unemployment.

Facilitate engagement with local and national stakeholders: We create a platform for open communication and collaboration between communities and government agencies, businesses, and other organizations.

Promote social inclusion and equality: We advocate for policies and programs that address systemic barriers and create opportunities for all members of society.

Empower individuals and marginalized target groups through education: We provide educational programs and resources to improve literacy, numeracy, and other essential skills.

Increase access to employment and self-employment opportunities: We offer skills training, career counseling, and support services to help individuals find and retain jobs or start their own businesses.

Create social enterprise opportunities: We support the development of sustainable businesses that generate income and provide jobs within disadvantaged communities.
